All of the orders are shipped out of Bunbury, Western Australia. The current processing time on orders is 5-7 days. This is the time it takes for your order to be made and packaged from the time of order, not the shipping time.
Please allow some extra time for your package to arrive beyond the estimated date of arrival. Keep in mind that shipping estimates do not always take into account unforeseen delays caused by the postal services or other delays, with that being said please check your mailbox 5-7 after the estimated arrival date if you have not received your item(s).
We are not responsible and will not be offering a replacement on missing orders that have been shipped via letter mail (untracked) because we can not locate the package once we have dropped it off at the post office.
